🧊 Find a Scout
Objective: Icebreaker to spark interaction and create a lively atmosphere
Participants: 8–1000
Room & Materials: Open space; no materials
How to do it: Participants walk around and place a hand on someone who fits a fun category (e.g., “has lived abroad”). Start with easy ones, and let participants create their own.
🦘 Kangaroo Name Game
Objective: Break habits, boost energy, and train adaptability
Participants: 6–1000
Room & Materials: Open floor space; no materials
Duration: 5–15 min
How to do it: Round 1: Shake hands and say your real name.
Round 2: Swap names with each person you greet.
Debrief: Discuss how the rule change felt.
🌸 Flower Hand
Objective: Calm focus and sharpen attention
Participants: Any size
Room & Materials: Seated; no materials
How to do it: Everyone closes their eyes and slowly opens their clenched hands like blooming flowers – it must take exactly one minute.
✋ Grab It
Objective: Light play, sharp reflexes, and laughs
Participants: 2–1000
Room & Materials: Standing space
How to do it: In pairs: One holds out a palm; the other tries to tap it without being caught. Switch roles. Final round: do both at once.
🤠 Shootout
Objective: Build trust and get people moving
Participants: 2–500
Room & Materials: Standing space
How to do it: In pairs, simulate a Wild West duel: ONE = right-hand high five, TWO = left-hand high five, THREE = clap your own hands. Final round: eyes closed.
🏓 Ping-Pong
Objective: Energy, rhythm, and connection
Participants: 2–500
Room & Materials: Standing space
How to do it: One says 'Ping' and hits an imaginary ball. The other responds 'Pong.' Add “Smash!” to switch roles.
🧠 The Conductor
Objective: Mental focus and light coordination
Participants: 2–500
Room & Materials: Standing space; no materials
How to do it: Draw a big figure 8 in the air with both index fingers. Try same direction, then opposite.
📣 Hooligan
Objective: Team spirit, energy, and focus
Participants: 16–100
Room & Materials: Lots of floor space
Duration: 10–15 min
How to do it: Play Rock-Paper-Scissors. Winners move on; losers become cheerleaders. Ends with a big final match.
🌀 Colombian Hypnosis
Objective: Cooperation and body awareness
Participants: 4–50
Room & Materials: Open floor space
Duration: 5–10 min
How to do it: In pairs, one holds a flat hand 20 cm from the other's face. Follow the hand, switch roles, then do it as a group circle.
🎇 Fireworks
Objective: Shared laughter and coordination
Participants: 4–200
Room & Materials: Open space
Duration: 5–10 min
How to do it: Teach 3 gestures: Firework (PUF + NAAAJ!), Tiger (claws + roar), Give me five (YO). Pairs try to match gestures.
❄️ Snowball Fight
Objective: Explore a topic through peer questions
Participants: 8–100
Room & Materials: Open space, 3–4 sheets of paper per person
Duration: 20–30 min
How to do it: Write questions on paper, crumple into 'snowballs', toss, then pair up to answer. Repeat with new snowballs.
